When your babe is about to celebrate their first birthday, a lot of us like to book a cake smash photography session. There’s just something fun about seeing your baby get their first real taste of sweets, explore the stickiness of the buttercream icing and (hopefully!) diving head first, open-mouthed into a custom-designed cake.

Then comes their second (or third, or fourth!) birthday, and you still want to mark the milestone, but unsure how. Let me introduce you to paint photography sessions! Bring your little one in for a fun, stress-free session where they can become artists. We take some classic portraits before the fun ensues, and then introduce the paint and canvas. During the planning stages, we disuss your kiddo’s favourite colours or colours to match their room, and I supply everything needed. Once babe has finished his or her masterpiece, you can take it home to show off. I even have my daughter’s hanging in her bedroom (she’s now 6!).
